Curtis Duffy is currently the Chef/Owner of Grace in Chicago. He was previously the Executive Chef of Avenues at the Peninsula. Before that, he was the Pastry Chef of Alinea, and I was lucky enough to be a patron during his tenure. One of my favorite chefs. I admire his whimsical plating and odd flavor combinations.
