The kitchen team was invited to New York to assist with the holiday party for the Gotham office. This year's theme : sci-fi. I wrote the menu in accordance with the theme, and coordinated with Orange & Olive caterers to execute the service. O&O's staff was amazing. They were extremely welcoming to us, and caring for each other. I had a blast with that crew. Big thanks to them for pulling this off.
